The staff at the facility are just out of control. They walk around euipped like the are in a war movie. I understand the ""show of force"" in a establishment like this but I feel it is a little overboard. Unless you are a member, you are treated like you are a bother. They are very arrogant and egotistical gun heads. Not everyone has tried out for a ""Rambo"" movie guys. Without customers like us you all would be out of business. Probably would not visit again or recommend friends.
