I first started with College Park Honda about 4 or 5 years ago. Though they were pricey I thought they did decent work. That was until I went in for my 30,000 major tune-up. I have a 2004 Honda CRV and thought that I needed a major tune-up at 30,000(like most cars). I called the day before I went in to price a major tune-up. I was told it was in the mid 300's range. I took my vehicle in the next day. When it was time to pay, the invoice had mid 400's. I bought this to the service managers attention. He assured me that that was the correct price. I informed him of the price quoted to me the day before. After meeting with his manager he changed it to the quoted price. Last year I took my vehicle in to have the 60,000 major tune-up done. I was informed that my vehicle did not need a major tune-up until I reached 100,000 miles. Basically, the service manager just took my money for the 30,000 tune-up.
