The food is, without a doubt, excellent. I have eaten there many times. The waitstaff service is also excellent. The problem is with the management/owner. We were there a week ago, and there was an incident that was handled rather badly by their staff. It made for an uncomfortable atmosphere and much embarrassment on our part. \r

I called the next day and left a message for the manager/owner as well as used their website contact form to describe what happened. I have not, to the best of my knowledge, received any sort of a response or acknowledgment of any kind. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. I expected more from a higher-end restaurant. I can honestly say that McDonalds has given me better customer service in the complaint department than Jerry's Old Town management has.\r

I should note that I made it clear in my email to them that I was not expecting any sort of compensation. I asked only for a response from them like I would expect from any other company. Their silence has shown me that they do not value me, or any of the people who were with me (some who had never been there before), as a customer.
