Running a scam 2/9/2009

When I went to pick up my car, they said they could not drive it out of their yard because the battery was dead. I had never had a problem with the battery before, and had driven the car only a few hours before they towed it. They would not release my car unless I paid them $20 to tow it from their yard to the street (about 50 feet). They would not let me enter the yard to see what was wrong, or to jump start it. I finally had to pay them the $20. I put the jumper cables on for about 30 seconds, and it started right up. I knew I had not left the lights on because nothing was on when the car started. The same thing happened to the next guy after me. I think they drained our batteries so that they could charge us to release the car. They are running a scam. Cons: They will drain your battery and charge you to tow it from their yard to the street. more
