i am not going to deny, yes they refunded but not by them selves bc their policy is they can't refund a prescription. i called the pharmacy and explained my concern of headaches and the doctor there did some research and called me back that same day and asked me not to use it and asked me to ask bella beau med spa for refund and asked me to give the reference of pharmacy. i had and have no complains after i got my refund. i do understand that a treatment might not work for all. i explained a few things before i joined the club, i travel a lot and have client facing job etc, but i came to know the real details after i joined, like i can't have a treatment which takes long to heal etc and i also understand that bella beau can't do anything about it. i am driving 50 miles since Jan to and fro bc we had to move to houston from woodlands to do my sitting and when it was not making any difference on my skin after putting money and efforts it was a little frustrating
