My husband and I looked at several apartments before finally choosing Silver Springs. We like the fact that you could get a nicer apartment for a decent amount in monthly rent on the West side of town. We lived there for two years and overall our experience there was great. Anytime we ever had a maintence issue it was quickly resolved. Managment was always very polite and helpful, even in moving out. In the middle of summer (99 degress) our air conditioner went out, we called during the middle of the night and by 8 am the following morning it was fixed and running. We really enjoyed our time there, our neighbors were polite, only every now and then College Kids would party. Parking was the one issue that we dealt with on a regular basis! they need ALOT more spaces and also maybe consider ""assigned"" parking. Very safe place to live; We do not have children but if we did we would feel that they were safe here. All in All if we ever needed to live here again, we would without hesitatioin! - hondaciviccouple09
