Vicki, the owner of Pinon, has a mission to connect with each customer over amazing food and good conversation. The food is fresh with home baked breads for the sandwiches, amazing salads with delicious vinaigrettes, and sweets that make it impossible to decide on. I loved the chocolate mint cookies.I wish I had a place like this in my home town as it seems like everyone coming in has a real connection to the place.
