What most impressed me was that Mr. Salvatore (the plumber from Ridgeway) was extremely calm, which calmed me down in spite of the fact that water was seeping through the cement floor in my kitchen. He assessed the job, did what he normally did and accomplished a major plumbing job very assuredly, neatly and timely.
