On sunday morning my septic system blew back up into my house. I thought who could I get on this day. But I received a very prompt call in 20 minutes. Which was a pleasant surprise. This service was excellent. He was here in no time. Very efficient and diagnosed the problem right away. I will definitely use this company again and I have shared this with all my friends. We love doing business this way. more

Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate 10/23/2009

On a Friday evening, around 8 pm, my house's main drain line running to the sewer stopped flowing. The house started to overflow. It was a disgusting disaster. Once we determined that we were not capable of determining what the problem was I contacted Service Magic. Mr Ridgeway returned my phone call promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. His men were on-time and worked very efficiently. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and the prices quoted and charged by Ridgeway. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with a plumbing emergency or anyone needing a general plumbing contractor. more

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace 2/22/2009

What most impressed me was that Mr. Salvatore (the plumber from Ridgeway) was extremely calm, which calmed me down in spite of the fact that water was seeping through the cement floor in my kitchen. He assessed the job, did what he normally did and accomplished a major plumbing job very assuredly, neatly and timely. I would definitely call Ridgeway again and would defintely recommend them to any one who asks. Thanks again, ServiceMagic!! more

While everyone else was having fun, Alan and Mike were replacing the polybutylene pipes in our home and yard. They worked hard to fix the leaking plumbing - working all day (in the heat) and late into the night. Because of this, my family did not have to go without water. We have already recommended Ridgeway to our family and our friends, but we wanted to share this with others as well. They were on time, reasonably priced, and very professional. more

We wanted to write in to say Thank you to Ryan, and Alan at Ridgeway Mechanical. They were recently at our home to replace some leaking pipes in our sub basement. The work was not easy, but they kept at it until the work was finished. They cleaned up any mess that was there, and made sure that we were satisfied with the work before they left. They did not find any extras to bill us for, and we appreciate that kind of integrity. We recommend this company highly. more
