Hi my name is Dana Bannon of Capristo Salon & Wellness Spa. First i would like to extend my sincerest apologies to Client Papillion7 for having a negative experience at the salon. I never want a client to leave dissatisfied with their services and/or have a feeling of humiliation when they look in the mirror. As a Stylist I have always prided myself on my client consultations and continue to always have them even once the client is no longer "new". I feel that my job as a stylist is to have open conversations with the clients that choose me and to make sure that we reach a common understanding before even heading back to the shampoo area. If any significant length was removed or a style was created and it it was not what you had envisioned, i do apologize and please know it was not from any careless mistakes, not paying attention or being "scissor happy".As a stylist i pride myself on having a vision when creating a look on a client. That vision is a collaboration of what suits the face and lifestyle of the client but also what the client wishes to have as an end result and what i feel is a creative, unique approach. In this business we grow as professionals from not only positive feedback but negative as well. I do again apologize if your end result was not what you wanted and that i never intended for you to feel this way about your experience. I would like to invite you back to the salon so that we may sit down and i can possibly fix any problems you may currently be having with the cut. If not i can always recommend another qualified stylist that may better suit your needs.
Thankyou,
Dana
