WHAT A JOKE!!!! This place is horrible! Our 7 week old puppy contracted parvo and our vet was closed so they recommened westside. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremly rude. They told us if we didnt allow them to hospitalize our dog, she would be dead in a matter of days. Our vet told us to orally administer pedialyte, but westside said that was wrong and said not to give her any fluids or food. Silly cause the number one cause of death in parvo is dehydration!!!! so we agreed to let them administer IV fluids. The vet tech was mean to our puppy and after she forced the fluids, nearly all of them drained out all over the exam table!!! she told us unless we paid for ANOTHER IV, that was the end of their services. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! If you love your animal, stay far far away!!!!
