This was my first visit to the Salon. I scheduled an appointment a day before- which was easy to do. When I checked in (10 minutes before my appt time), the girl confirmed I was there for a haircut and asked me to be seated in the waiting area. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time before heading back up to the front desk to ask what the delay was. The same girl who I ""checked in"" with, said I was never checked in! Needless to say, due to her unattentiveness I waited 45 minutes for a haircut. So... the stars go to Andre who ended up cutting my hair. He did a great job and I love my cut. I scheduled an appointment with a ""stylist"" but he's actually the ""artistic director"". I'm assuming they gave me him because they screwed up and made me wait forever. I found it was odd though that he never told me his name, just gave me his card when we was done. I honestly don't know if I'll go back...
Pros: Open 7 days a week
Cons: Front desk staff, loud atmosphere
