This is a fabulous company to do business with. The on-line ordering was easy and simple. The required confirmation of shipping cost (because we are Canadian)was almost instanteous and gave us choice whether to cancel at that point or not (the shipping wasn't that much). We could also track the parcel while in route. The order arrived complete, in perfect condition and in about 7 business days. I'm am very impressed and will definitely be recommending Golden Oak Stables to people I know.
