I have received their newsletter for some time now but I have not actually gone there in person. I just received my latest newsletter with an offer for a free oil change if I bring in a food or toy donation for Hopelink or Northwest Harvest. I could not pass that up so I brought in my Toyota Sienna today for the oil change. Everyone there was nice and helpful. The tech even caught a nail in my tire that I had not noticed and sent me to Les Schwab to get it fixed. I really appreciated that since he gets no money for that. The customer service is top-notch. They have a clean comfortable showroom to wait in with free wi fi and really cool electric cars and bikes. I think that any company that is willing to give back to the community like that deserves my business. Highly recommended.
