I bought, in addition to many other items, a new walking cane tip for better support (grip) for my aging mother at the Ordway Pharmacy past July. Unfortunately, the cane diameter was too large and did not fit the tip. I took this cane tip from Monterey all the way to Europe where my mother lives and back to Monterey to return it. I miss-placed the receipt and finally found it past weekend. When I tried to return it today the lady (Chrissie / Christie??) started arguing with me that the purchase is more than 30-days past; I said that I did not come here to argue and that I spent thousands of dollars at this store for purchases for my mom (wheel chairs, two different walkers, seating pads, walker accessories etc etc.) It did not make any difference to the lady behind the counter. The cane tip was about 22 dollars and still in its original, sealed package. I walked out with this cane tip (which I will donate to a convalescent home) and a bad taste in my mouth on how local people get treated by this local business. I take my money somewhere else now. It's too bad they made such a stink that the purchase was older than 30 days. See Ya, Ordway Pharmacy. Your service stinks!
