Called Jim and Joe's Ice to arrange for ice delivery for a big party. The morning of same they didn't show up. Called the phone number listed here and woke up Jim or Joe or someone. He hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. Had a scramble to get ice for 300 guests from someplace else. It was a disaster. Don't rely on these people for ice, you won't get it.
