I DO NOT recommend this salon! My sister & I went here to get our hair cut & colored. The owner of the salon started me with a free consult, she completely confused me on what color she was going to use, therefore it led me to ask a lot of questions trying to comprehend what color MY HAIR would be. She then told me to think about what I wanted (even though I had already explained more than once), and walked away to cut another customers hair. My sister got her hair done by another stylist and I sat in the chair 3 1/2 hours being completed ignored by the owner who NEVER even spoke to me or looked at me again the entire time. This was by far THE WORST customer service I've ever had in a salon, and considering Sue was the owner, WOW! This salon charges high end salon prices without the talent to justify the cost. I would not recommend this experience to anyone as it was the most uncomfortable 3.5 hours EVER! Nobody deserves this treatment for asking questions about THEIR HAIR!! Pros: NONE Cons: Everything! more
