My experience with Hart Floral is long but I will try to keep it short. I had to plan my father's Military Funeral. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I did not order from the internet but went down to the store to ensure I was ordering the flowers I wanted. Since we were having a Military Service I wanted to order a "red, white, and blue" arrangement. I choose the FTD Crimson & White Standing Spray. But to add the bluebells would cost 20.00 more so I said I would add them myself. The total bill was 157.13. Well they did not have any Monte Casino and white button pompons so they substituted "daisies" and added another purple type fern, and they added a LARGE RED BOW. I called to say I did not order this arrangement and that the picture I showed them from their book does not show a "BOW" but I was informed it was up to the florist who was creating the arrangement to add a bow or not.
