We will be married 3 years this March, and still have not received all of our wedding package that we paid up front for. He worked very hard at our wedding, but after we were extremely disappointed. We had to send a letter indicating a lawsuit to his front door for him to call us and complete 1 of 2 parents albums. We have yet to receive the 2nd parent album that is already paid for. He will not return any phone calls unless we threaten legal action, and then he uses some poor excuse about the troubling economy for not getting the album done. Extremely unprofessional.
