Janan is a motivating instructor who will give you personalized instruction as needed while working out in a circuit group. Each week is an entirely different custom routine, so it never gets old. You'll see and feel results almost immediately because the workouts are intense and focus on your entire body and cardio. My friend did 2 workshops a week before her wedding and lost 20 lbs.
