I was very pleased with the prompt service that I received from Roto Rooter. The tech assessed the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. He was very courteous, gave me tips about how to maintain my system, and was very professional. Although I wish I'd never have another plumbing problem (Okay...that's not realistic!), when a problem does occur, I wil definitely call Roto Rooter. Oh, I almost forgot to add...the cost of the service was very reasonable (less than some of the other companies that I had contacted whose techs seemed to be making up prices as they went along).
