We lived at Alta Springs for 2 years and had a great experience. We did not have any charges at move out, had a great experience with the staff and LOVED the location. We had friends that lived at Alta Springs at the same time and they agreed that it is kept up very nicely. I have not heard any other residents upset with the owners or staff. The maintenance was always very prompt and if they couldn't fix something, they had someone else come in. No complaints here! We would have stayed, but couldn't ignore the housing market right now! The only thing I would change is the school district.
