I took in 2 pairs of shoes today to see if they would buy them. Before they will even tell you if they will consider your item they require you to provide full name, address, phone number & drivers license. In today’s age of rampant identify theft I see no reason a company would log such personal data before saying if they were interested. I do understand keeping records of how much someone brings in, but requiring a DL number to be logged in their system before they will express interest at all is suspect & target for identity theft hackers.
I'd rate lower if I could, but keeps defaulting to 4 stars!!
