I've had this service for a year or so now... two times my alarm went off, once they called, we got disconected, and they never called back. I asked them later, and she said ""if you answer we assume you're ok"". the second time it went off, no one ever called, came out or anything! Sooo... if I had actually been broken into, i may as well have given them everything, and hope my kids were safe. My alarm makes a lot of noise for free, I was paying to have it monitored. So much for monitoring.
Pros: umm good way to lose money
Cons: dosen't do anything
