I took my 12 year old daughter there for skin care products as she had some bumps on her face. We were told by the esthetician to use a walnut scrub, and their cleansing and face cream for sensitive skin. Almost a $100 later we walked off happy that we had found something for her.\r

After a week of use her face was red and seemed to be worse. We went to the dermatologist only to be told that the walnut scrub should have never been used and that a lot of products have alcohol in them actually making your face drier. I went home and sure enough the cream has it listed at the top (I believe 5th).\r
We are now on prescription medicine to fix her face. \r

I called the store to ask their policy on refunds of their products and was told they don't offer one. I explained that we purchased due to the advice of one of their employees and the answer was still no.\r

Unqualified people and no integrity to stand by their products! If I could rate them less than a zero I would.
