Was visiting my friends who are locals in Deerfield. Heard they had great reggae music here at Kahuna's, esp. because they were young talented kids who were performing. Had a great time so we went back the next night. Two young waitress were working (1 Server: Rainy). It was a Sunday night (10/25/09) around 10 ish and it wasn't very busy. Took forever to get our drinks but I understand you can get weeded when working the bar. Since know one came up to our booth and the bartender took forever to acknowledge us when going to the bar.....we all decided to move on after the first round of drinks. The two young girls lost our credit card and tab; both were very nasty claiming we never gave them our credit card. What happen to great customer service and the customer is always right? After a few unkind words with our company and the two young girls it turns out they had the card the whole time. There was no apology from the two servers and both again exchange dirty looks and words with one another about our group. Now, looking at my bank statement today 10/27/2009 I was over charged more then what the receipt says. Unbelievable!!!! This is very dishonest and is stealing. Even if it is just 3.00 dollars it is wrong esp. when we have the copy of the receipt to prove! How do people get away with this. This situation will not be taken lightly. Regardless of any situation you should not steal from a customer and show great service esp. when they were in the wrong!\r
