I don't take my dog here anymore. I've been here 3-4x for grooming. The groom area is in the very back of the store. Handling a large dog and an infant is not easy and putting the groom area that far back is just dumb. I have picked my dog up with dog hair completely covering every square inch of the grooming area (walls, counters, computer...everything). I have also sent my husband in to drop the dog off. We ended up with a $70 something bill because they didn't make clear to him what he was getting and the dog was still dropping chunks of hair he was shedding when we got home. Even if they cleaned up or got new staff, the walk to the back will never be a selling point for me.
