We've been to Surprise Animal Hospital a couple of times. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and cared for. However, we had to wait to get in to the exam room for at least 10 minutes. That would have been fine, things happen. But then every time an assistant or the actual vet came in and went back out promising to return shortly, we would sit there and wait some more. It was frustrating. Their prices were also on the high side.
