He also makes amazing protien shakes with a variety of additives to include in your shake. I used to go to GNC and after shopping at Valley Fitness Nutrition I will never go back. His prices are great and even offers his own products with the Valley Fitness label at a great cost. His pre workout is the best I ever used, even better than No-xplode and Super Pump 250.\r
