I would love to tell you that I recommend Lil Anthonys Pizza in Minneola but I can not. I will unfold the story for you: I called for a large pizza to be delivered to my home (approx 1 Mile away). I ordered around 8:45 pm. When the pizza arrived I was in for a shock. To start off the delivery man parked his car IN MY YARD, approximately 15 feet from my door. When the pizza was brought in by my wife, the box had been smashed to where the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box. Also there was an oil or grease on top of the box, enough that you could have taken a spoon and retrieved the oil from the box. The pizza arrived around 9:30 pm. When I saw the pizza, I called Lil Anthonys and respectfully asked to have another pizza made and to please not send the same delivery guy. The pizza arrived 30 minutes later. Mind you that we paid full price and never asked for a discount for our troubles.\r
Here is the kicker. I had some guest at my house the following week, I called to order a pizza for delivery and was told that they do not deliver to this area. I told them that they had delivered a pizza last week and I was 1 mile away. The lady finally said that there was an incident and that we were no longer able to have deliveries made to our location. I went to the store and asked for a manager. After 20 minutes of waiting for him, he told me that the OWNER said that in her 15 years of owning a restaurant she has never seen a customer smash a pizza box like that and that our business was no longer welcome. The manager swore to me that it was an accident about the driver in my yard. I told him that common sense would say that when you step out of the vehicle being 15 ft from the door and step in grass, maybe you should move the car before the owner see's you in his yard and why would I send a pizza back at 9:30 and wait 1/2 hour for a new one with a five yr old waiting to eat. I've had no returned calls from the owner. Nice Customer Service.
