This guy charges ridiculous rates....he has no standard rates posted and makes up charges on the fly. When confronted, he is hostile and even makes sure to turn off his security cameras so there is no record of the conversation. He has bad hits with the BBBureau. Over $200 for a 1.2 mile tow.
