They charge you $11 to use the tub, $2 for shampoo, and $1 EACH TOWEL to dry your dog with (no, you don't get to keep the ragged, stained old towels). I'll never go there again. Struttin Pup just went up to $12 - you can use everything of theirs, including nail clippers, etc., and they're really nice there.
