""I would imagine I have become the most ardent ?one on one? Pilates fan in the universe. Linda Kohl (one of the instructors) managed to take away all my aches and pains (believe me when I say they were numerous and debilitating and demoralizing), - and replaced them with a feeling of strength, agility and a newfound sense of well-being and empowerment. Of course there are new aches but they actually feel great!
Pros: Great Instructor, small classes, one on one instruction. Parking lot.
