I was sorta skeptical at first thinking that because of my credit issues, they would send me to one of those ""last resort repo hungry"" companies. Plus this was my first time financing. I was really surprised by the customer service. I ran into a couple glitches but they were worked out. The only time I got more than a courtesy call was when I was LATE for my scheduled payment. The way I see it, if you know you owe, you can't be shocked when they call. I'm sure they don't offer as many perks as the banks do with extensions and all but that's all the more reason to get your credit together so you can finance with whomever you like. Bottom line, until I can refinance to get a better interest rate they are the best thing since sliced bread!!
Pros: They are understanding as long as you don't push your luck
