THIS COMPANY IS TRULY THE WORST , I FINANCED MY CAR BACK IN APRIL THROUGH THEM, THIS IS THE FIRST COMPANY I KNOW OF THAT WONT ALLOW GRACE PERIODS , IF YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT IN THE DAY ITS DUE THE NEXT DAY THEY ARE CALLING RIGHT AFTER LUNCH ""BECAUSE THEY RECEIVE THEIR MAIL IN THE MORNING"" THEY DON'T ALLOW PARTIAL PAYMENTS : WHAT KIND OF WHACK NONSENSE IS THAT SO THEY RATHER TAKE YOUR CAR THEN TAKE SOME MONEY AND WORK WITH YOU ON THE REMAINING BAL, THEY ARE RUDE BEYOND BELIEF ..AT ONE POINT LAST Y I WAS UNEMPLOYED AND ""JAMES"" KEPT CALLING CALLING FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS BLOCKED UNBLOCKED FINALLY I ANSWERED ONE OF THE CALLS AND I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION THIS RUDE ASS HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT ,YOU HAVE NEGLECTED YOUR OBLIGATION AND IT SOUND LIKE I CANT AFFORD THE CAR AND NEED TO GIVE IT BACK !!!??? WHAT ??? WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO EVEN TALK TO ME LIKE THAT , AND JUDGE ME !!ITS NOT LIKE IM SITTING ON MY ASS NOT DOING ANYTHING.. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD
THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR THE ONLY ACCOUNT THAT IS BEHIND AND YOU OWE THEM THOUSANDS ..(WELL IN A SENSE YES YOU DO OWE THOUSANDS BUT ITS NOT DUE ALL AT ONCE)
THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE HARD TIMES AND THEY ARE GETTING HARDER SO HARRSING PPL ON THE PHONE WONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE, IF YOU CALL ME A 9AM WHAT MAKES YOU THINK IM GONNA HAVE THE MONEY BY 12 OR BY 3 LIKE REALLY ???
THEY ARE ANNOYING , DISRESPECTFUL , LACK OF EDUCATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING .
