The negative reviews are accurate. The people that work there are unhappy not because of the "standards" that are placed upon them but because of the hypocracy that occurs. You may think that you can try to contact the owner at any time night or day - try it and see how successful you are. Drive by and see if there are dogs being walked in the fenced in area. See if your boarded dog smells like it was just bathed, even if you didn't pay for a bath. If you are a long time client, look at the turn around that has occured in staff. You may talk to the owner and be reassurred that all is well but it is not. Listen to what you are told, and see if it agrees with what is done. All the reviews that were written in a "negative" fashion are true from my experiences with this clinic. This clinic may work for you, but don't just dismiss the negative reviews as being due to disgruntaled employees - they are not.
