The most trouble I ever had using Harman's was when we had a major accident and we went through our insurance. My insurance company wrote an estimate using aftermarker and reconditioned parts as well as they missed a lot of damage. This slowed the process down, but in the end Carl made sure they took care of all of the damage and he put OEM parts on my vehicle.\r
