I have two teenagers which can be hard on our cars. However, Carl at Harman's Certified Collision has been great to us and has always investigated every solution for our needs. The most trouble I ever had using Harman's was when we had a major accident and we went through our insurance. My insurance company wrote an estimate using aftermarker and reconditioned parts as well as they missed a lot of damage. This slowed the process down, but in the end Carl made sure they took care of all of the damage and he put OEM parts on my vehicle.\r
I recommend Harman's Ceriified Collision Repair, I have used their services for many years and will continue to do so.
Pros: near the freeway, understand how to work with insurance and still get repair done right
