It represents some of the greatest things we have as Texans, my friends. Locally owned, and superior to bland corporate food, the BBQ is superb stuff. Although it isn't a prominent feature on the menu, their 2x2 (2 patty x 2 cheese) burger executed a coup on a certain ""royal"" moniker'd burger joint out by the SW freeway that used to be the cornerstone of my day. I skip lunch @ work near there just to pick up a burger here on my way home. THOSE INCREDIBLE ONION RINGS. How do they stay crispy till the next morning? Further, how do I still crave them by then? No matter. Tin Roof B-B-Q has freed the populace of the tyranny and oppression of multinational, overpreserved, microwave slop ""products"". We deserve better, and Tin Roof B-B-Q gives it to us. This place tethers me to my sanity; a reward for the hard work/suicidal at times commute I face 5 days a week.
Pros: Excellent food, I drive slower so I can get to my burger safely, so you are safer too.
Cons: Summer nights can be too humid for the patio (eat inside or get it to go.)
