Horizon consistently provides the worst service I ever experience in my entire life. They manage my HOA and are responsible for providing services to the homeowners in my community. Horizon failed to develop a plan to manage my subdivision. They never can provide answers to any of the homeowner?s questions. Any competent company would have a plan of action for the parking situation, the water bill, the landscaping company, the pool or any of the issues we the homeowner?s at Cascade Parc face on a daily basis. Horizon continue to charge the homeowners a fee to maintain OUR clubhouse and pay utilities; however, the builder Sharon McSwain uses the clubhouse to conduct their daily business and as a sales office. The homeowners can not use the clubhouse that we pay for during business hours. How ironic is that? Is Horizon doing what is best for the homeowners or the builder? Horizon Property Management is incompetent and I would not recommend you hire them. The homeowner pay monthly HOA dues and we still have to clean and patrol our community, provide security for the pool to keep out violators, clean the pool area and pay the highest water bill in the city of Atlanta. Pros: I can not think of one good thing Horizon has done Cons: They are incompetent and have the worst customer service more
