Customer service is at the bottom of the barrel for Horizonz. A company that was place over a brand new subdivision with little to none management skills. Horizonz never follows through on their word, bad record of returning phone calls & solving issues. Instead of enforcing rules/covenant they just raise the HOA funds every year. If the homeowners of CP could overthrow this lousy company we would! With this being my first home purchase I would have to say I received better service in an apartment complex! The landscaping has diminished since day one, sprinklers system have not worked in over a year, pool is a disgrace (personally I would like my money back on that), parking system is the pits & is not enforce consistently, very poor management skills, and currently homeowners are experiencing yet another issue concerning water usage & meters not working!!! As a mgmt company Horizonz should be supporting us on accomplishing tasks within our subdivision but yet homeowners are for every in a constant battle for answers & resolutions. They never own up to anything. They are very good at pointing the finger in the other direction or they just simply do not have the answers. NEVER HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! ANYTHING!!!! How can you be a management company can you can't manage anything!!!!???? Worst experience ever if you see their name.
Cons: I could write a book on what not to do as a property management company!
