I have used Nails by Noel several times and have never been disappointed. I read the negative review filed on this establishment and don't understand it. The pedicures and manicures I have had have always been excellent. The staff are all of Asian descent, but they are all friendly and hospitable and very attentive. This is excellent service, and excellent result and for a very good price. I highly recommend them.
