I have seen Dr. Rice for many years. He is always kind and his staff is excellent. All of my family members see Dr Rice-from my 80 year old mother to my children. St Paul Eye Clinic has many offices that are not too far, so I am able to see Dr Rice in one of the clinics even with short notice. Highly recommend Dr Rice!
