Worst Place For An Eye Exam! Rude and Condescending Doctor Kennedy! 5/9/2012

This was the all time worst place I have ever gone for an eye exam. Dr. Kennedy was extremely rude and condescending to me. She treated me horribly and didn't explain one thing she did with me. She also didn't take time with me and showed up 45 minutes late into my exam while I just waited in the room. Even when I tried to schedule my appointment it didn't go well so I should have known from that point on things would be rocky. I would never return. Never recommend anyone. Overall this place was unprofessional. more

Opthalmologists 8/8/2008

I have seen Dr. Rice for many years. He is always kind and his staff is excellent. All of my family members see Dr Rice-from my 80 year old mother to my children. St Paul Eye Clinic has many offices that are not too far, so I am able to see Dr Rice in one of the clinics even with short notice. Highly recommend Dr Rice! more

good eye clinic 4/26/2005

This is a good clinic for contacts and glasses. Most contacts are not kept in stock however so we just plan ahead so they can order them in. I trust them with our eye care needs. more
