The office manager could not offer any comfort or suggestions when I called for an appointment. Her phone kept ringing and she kept putting me on hold. I find this kind of treatment to be quite rude.\r
If you don't have adaquate staff, then you shouldn't run a business.\r

I made the appointment, but cancelled as another Petsmart store was able to see my dog immediately. I don't reccommend anyone take their pet there.
