very helpful until loan closed, then calls not returned questions not answered one problem after the other before the closeing, closed two and a half weeks later than what we were told, was also told alot of false infromation, had to follow on some infromation my self, and alot of misleading infromation, this was the actions of one person who works for this company, owner Brian Krebs contacted me and was very concerned that there had been problems and was also unaware, he did make an honest attempt to explain things and answer my questions, still not happy with the person in his company who helped us with our refinance, but cant hold the actions of one against all, if we had been with the right person from the start we could have made better choices, would advise others to use this company but ask alot of up front questions and if things dont appear to be on the up ask for mr. Krebs,i think he would get things on track.
Pros: concerned owner cared that we had problems
Cons: left hanging after closeing no longer important calls not returned
