I called A&B Carpet to inquire about the cleaning of my silk area rug. I was really nervous about having my area rug cleaned because I heard so many horror stories about carpet cleaners.\r
When I first contacted them the representative point blank said ""In order to give you an exact cost we would have to inspect your area rug"", every other company gave me ridiculously low or high prices.\r
I agreed to have an estimate done; when Sam arrived at my home he explained exactly what A&B Carpet would need to do is to have the area rug looking brand new. \r
Sam gave me a really good price and even offered me insurance on the cleaning, which was unbelievably professional, no one else offered insurance.\r
The area rug was taken out of my house and brought back clean with its original silky shine.\r
I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service and I will definitely use them again for my carpets, upholstery & blinds.\r
