Seven friends and I recently visited Bijoux during restaurant week and learned for ourselves that it does deserve all those stars. Everything from the service to the food was excellent including the atmosphere, not too stuffy but at the same time you knew you were in a proper setting. Usually restaurant week consist of 3 courses, but here it was more like 7 if you include the optional fourth course and the two tastings presented by the head chef and the pastry chef. I enjoyed the pork belly, NY strip, and almond panna cotta, all of which was top notch!
Pros: great food and service, the decor is also fabulous
Cons: slightly small portions
