Definitely not the place to go if you want good service. I have been in the Flipside on a number of occasions in which I waited for quite some time for a server to come to my table. I ended up going to the bar to ask for a drink and everytime I tried to catch the owner's eye, she avoided eye contact with me. I finally walked out without being served. The food seems on again, off again. The last meal my fiancee and I ordered there came out undone and with items missing. When I brought this to the owner's attention, I was yelled at and told that it was supposed to be like that. By the way, a friend of mine had just ordered the same dish and it was fully cooked and complete. I am not saying that the food is universally bad. I'm just saying that when it comes to customer service and courtesy, this is about the worst it can get. Am I a snob? Maybe I just like to be treated the way I treat my own customers....... very well.
