Whenever we travel thru to SC from Charlotte, we ALWAYS stop in at the Book Lady. Yes these books are used and you will not find every book you want but they have a huge selection and affordable prices. My kids love the store because they can go in and sit at the Children's section. They are surrounded with popular stuffed animals and books about anything and everything. We have never walked out of this store empty handed. The only downside is the owner does not buy books year round and she is not open on Monday and Tuesdays. We have traveled thru there on those days before and when the kids found out she wasn't opened they cried. I have never had a poblem with the owner unlike some of the other post so please go and check it out for yourself.
